Payroll review

St John of God Health Care has identified issues that have impacted some of our current and former caregivers and contractors, which has resulted in underpayments.

Our caregivers are our priority and we sincerely apologise to those who may be affected by this issue. We are still investigating this issue, however we are committed to paying people back, with interest, as soon as possible.

The areas identified include payment of overtime for caregivers employed under the following enterprise agreements at St John of God Accord in Victoria:

St John of God Accord Residential Services Enterprise Agreement 2018; and
St John of God Accord, Accord Community Engagement Services (ACES) Enterprise Agreement 2014.

These issues are not ongoing.
