What allied health services are offered at St John of God Accord?
At Accord we offer allied health services to people with a range of intellectual and physical disabilities. We have a team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, music therapists, and positive behaviour support practitioners that work with our clients.
How long have you worked with us?
I’ve been working at Accord for about four years. I cam on as a part-time speech pathologist, then became the allied health team leader and now I’m the allied health manager. The team has grown from when I started which was a team of about six, to now having 17 team members.
What do you love about working with St John of God Accord?
What I love about my role is the people, the clients we work with but also the people in the team. Everyone in the team is really passionate about the work they do. And all striving to really do the best for their clients.
What would you say to someone thinking of working with us?
