Rebecca Cattermole was appointed Chief Executive Officer of St John of God Accord in August 2023. Prior to that she worked for the organisation as Director of Complex Accommodation, Specialist and Employment Services since November 2021. Rebecca has over 15 years’ experience in disability and community services sector. Bringing a passion for serving the most vulnerable in our community, Rebecca in previous roles delivered significant service delivery improvements and facilitated large scale projects as the NDIS rolled out. Rebecca was also instrumental in ensuring that appropriate housing be available for people with multiple and complex needs.

Her executive experience across operational, strategic, quality and risk management functions has seen Rebecca implement service delivery improvements, manage large scale organisational growth and successful change management projects.

Rebecca is known for inspiring her teams to play to their strengths and is recognised for continually promoting a positive work culture. 

As such, Rebecca is aligned to the Mission and Values of St John of God Accord and promoting positive outcomes for its clients, families and caregivers.

Rebecca has a Masters of Health Services Management from Monash University, and Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Copenhagen Denmark.
